Introduction E-mail

EMPLEALIA was created as Spanish Association of Training and Employment - AEFE - in 1993 to be the interlocutor with the Public Administration giving a common voice to the Third Sector organizations; which are operating in the socio- laboral insertion field.

The organizations field work as well as its responsibility to fulfil duly the users, have been delaying Emplealia action during the last years. In spite of not having activities, the association was kept in order to activate its action as soon as each organization conditions would allow it.

In 2004, the opportunity arises from the need to work on several pillars that were continuously neglected by the social organizations.

The international area issue, Research area and regular opinion face to the Public Administrations as well as the development of economic and self-sufficient projects to support and increase the member organizations and to achieve self-financing.

At the moment, AEFE is formed by the following Organizations:

Association CIMO - Ourense -, Foundation RONSEL - Coruña -, AFEMJO – Ciudad Real, Toledo, Puertollano -, OBJECTIVE Empleo - Albacete -, AFIDS - Tenerife -, Association GROUP Tres - Cordova -, Foundation DOMUS Labora - Madrid -, Nexoempleo Foundation - Madrid -, Association LUCES – Madrid.

Our main goal is to increase the number of member organizations and achieve a common position within all members. Towards 2006-07, Forum EMPLEALIA will congregate all those ideas that have emerged in a single and common point of view. Those thematic axes can be seen in this Web.

We will be continuously improving this space, please feel free to do any comments or suggestion.
